We accept payments via credit or debit cards from major vendors including Visa, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. In cases where your order is declined, such as if our doctor deems the treatment unsuitable or unsafe for you, a full refund will be issued.

We use 3D Secure authentication technology to ensure transactions are secure. On top of this, we use an Address Verification Service (AVS) to verify the transaction. These help prevent fraudulent transactions and protect you when making payments online.

Please understand that we do not store your card details and cannot use the details you provide to further debit your card.

Why can't I make payment with PayPal?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments for prescription medication from PayPal because this goes against PayPal's policies.


Personal and private information

Your privacy and security is at the very core of what we do, and we do everything we can to protect all the information you provide us with. As a healthcare provider, we take patient confidentiality very seriously.

We may request you to provide further documentation, such as a passport, driving license, letter heading or previous prescription. These documents are used to verify your name, date of birth, address (if applicable) and to confirm you have been prescribed a medicine before.

Any additional documents we request can be uploaded securely to your Prescription Doctor account via our website. You can review these documents via your Prescription Doctor account anytime.

We do not sell any personal data you provide to any third party, and we do not host advertisements on our website.


Sending personal data by email

Any emails containing or requesting confidential data held by Al Muhsineen will be sent to the "reply to" email address provided, unless you specifically request another method.

Email is not considered a secure delivery method of confidential information. We encourage you to use a personal email account which only you have access to in order to protect your confidential information.
