How we work

Step 1: Select Your Treatment

To begin, you simply need to choose your preferred treatment and dosage from the available options, then choose the quantity you desire. Our prescribers advise to start with a low dosage to begin with. If this dose is not effective then you can try a stronger dose on your next order.

Step 2: Medical Consultation

These questions are essential in keeping you safe when prescribing the medication The consultation online asks a series of multiple choice questions to determine whether the prescription medication is right for you. Along with your height and weight you will be asked questions about your complaint. You should read every question thoroughly and answer honestly so we can keep you as safe as possible when prescribing prescription medication.

Step 3: Delivery and Billing Address

Currently we are only delivering to the billing address. Remember that your billing address is the address where your card is registered. We can offer a bespoke service where we can deliver to an alternative address, wherever you need your medication, however please contact us after or before placing your order so we can update our delivery team. You may be required to upload proof of alternative address. 

Step 4: Payment Details

Final stage, you will need to enter your payment details. You can pay online using a debit or credit card, by cheque, postal order or by BACS transfer. No money will be taken from your account at this stage; we only take payment once your order is signed for.

After placing your Order

Doctor reviews your order

Our registered prescribers will assess your medical condition during our consultation process to ensure the medication you’ve chosen is right for you. If your order is approved our prescribers will send a e prescription to the registered pharmacy. Our prescriber may have additional questions that need to be addressed before your order can be dispatched. All messages can be viewed in my account. You will be notified via email in any case. 

Pharmacy prepares order

Once our pharmacy receive your prescription electronically they will start to prepare your order. The pharmacist or customer service may have questions or concerns that need to be addressed before your order can be dispatched. All messages can be viewed in my account. You will be notified via email in any case. 

Pharmacy dispenses your medication

All our prescriptions are packaged in a very plain white box that has no text or images on it whatsoever, so prying eyes can never see the contents inside.
This box is then sealed inside our courier’s delivery bag, which has your name and address attached. If your ordered was approved before 3PM GMT you should typically receive your order the next working day.
