If you don’t have a credit or debit card you can pay via bank transfer or opt to pay via cash on delivery.
For bank transfer we will give you a unique reference number at checkout. Once the money has cleared in our account, we will process your order.
We are a completely secure site and take many measures to ensure your details are kept safe. We understand that you have a right to extreme privacy when purchasing sensitive health medications.
Bank Transfer: If you order has been declined or cancelled, message customer serivce with your account number and sort code for a full refund. Debit / Credit card payments: We only debit your card once the delivery has been Delivered Signed For. Before this, we may put the cost of the medication on hold to ensure you have the funds to pay for the product upon ordering. If your order is cancelled you need not to worry about a refund, as no funds will have left your account. Your money will be showing as available in you account in 2 – 3 days. Card Payment: We Only Request The Bank To Keep The Money Available For Us, If no Funds Are Captured From Your Account Then Your Bank Will Show Available In 3 - 5 Days.
Bank Transfer: A member of our team will contact you requesting for your bank details. These details are only used to transfer the funds back into your account.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for prescription products, or provide refunds. To do so is against the law..
Some of our medications are addictive if taken for a prolonged period of time, just as over the counter medications are. We encourage you not to take the medicines for longer than prescribed and if your conditions improve to let your GP know so you can gradually reduce your medication.
Once you complete our online consultation you will be issued a digital prescription that is then passed onto our UK pharmacy to dispense. Your prescription is written by one of our trusted prescribers who has a lot of experience in this field.
All of our medications are branded and approved, clinically trialled and safe to use. They are the same medications you would be prescribed by your GP and you will probably recognise the boxes and brands when you buy our prescription medicine online.
We will only notify your doctor if you ask us to. For a good continuity of care from your own GP we do encourage you to inform your GP yourself.

Unfortunately we only deliver to the United Kingdom. Any orders made from outside our shipping countries will be declined.

You should receive a tracking number with your order which you can use to track your parcel online. This should give you a clear indication of where your parcel is. If you haven’t received your parcel in the time frame given by our couriers, contact your local depot to find out where it is. You can also contact our support team who will do this for you.

Yes you can reorder medication. On your first order with us we would have registered you and forwarded you login details to the email used at checkout. You can use login details to re order you medication.
Once you have complete your consultation and payment. The registered prescriber reviewing your order may invite you into a secure chat portal for you to answer questions he or she may have. Feel free to discuss if you have any concerns regarding your medication or condition. You can access this via my account.
