Odaban is a gentle and effective antiperspirant which helps to prevent excessive sweating. The solution is available in a convenient spray bottle.
Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. With Odaban, you can prevent sweating.
You can use Odaban spray on your armpits, hands and feet to prevent sweating. Odaban is perfume and allergen-free.
Odaban is available to buy online without a prescription. If your order is approved before 3pm Monday to Friday, our pharmacy can dispatch your item the same day for next-day delivery.
Odaban contains a metallic salt called aluminium chloride. The concentration of aluminium chloride in Odaban is 20%.
When applied to the skin, the tiny particles of aluminium chloride penetrate the pores of the skin, where they draw water from the sweat ducts and expand, forming a gelatinous material.
This gel creates a barrier in the sweat ducts, preventing the sweat from escaping.
The sweat is reabsorbed by the body and eliminated through the urine.
Odaban has undergone rigorous testing and has been proven to be safe and effective for the treatment of hyperhidrosis.
Before using Odaban, please read the instructions in the patient information leaflet.
Only apply Odaban to dry skin. Before applying Odaban, dry the area gently with a towel, a hair dryer, or use talcum powder.
Odaban should be applied just before bedtime, and the area should be washed in the morning.
Do not reapply Odaban after washing.
Use Odaban sparingly. Spray once on the affected area. One spray is sufficient to cover a 10 cm² area of skin.
Women and those with sensitive skin should apply Odaban using a cotton pad. Spray Odaban onto the cotton pad and gently dab it on the affected areas of skin.
Men can spray Odaban directly onto the areas affected by hyperhidrosis.
You should use Odaban nightly for a few days until your condition improves.
Once you notice an improvement in your hyperhidrosis, you can reduce your application frequency to once or twice a week.
If you apply too much Odaban, wipe away the excess with a tissue and dispose of it in the bin.
Applying more Odaban than you should may irritate and increase your risk of side effects.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure about the correct dosage of Odaban.
If you forget to use Odaban, apply it at the next usual time.
Do not use a double dose of Odaban to make up for a missed dose.
