Tiger Balm White contains a combination of essential oils and herbal extracts that can help to reduce the pain of tension headaches.
The ingredients of Tiger Balm White include:
- Cajuput oil
- Camphor
- Clove oil
- Levomenthol
Clove oil has a mild pain relieving effect. It is used to treat various kinds of pain, including toothache.
Levomenthol relieves itching and irritation caused by bug bites.
Camphor and Cajuput (Cajeput) oil are counterirritants. They work by causing localised inflammation and irritation in one area to reduce inflammation and pain in another.
How do I use Tiger Balm White?

For muscular aches and pains (For adults or children over the age of two years): Rub Tiger Balm White on the affected parts of the skin when needed, usually 2 to 3 times a day.
For tension headaches (Adults only): Apply a pea-sized amount of Tiger Balm White onto the forehead or the temples and lightly rub it in circular motions. Repeat this application after 30 minutes and one hour.
If your headache continues for longer than 24 hours, or if your headache returns intermittently throughout the week, speak to your doctor.
