How Do I Take Metatone Tonic?

The recommended dosage for adults is 1-2 teaspoons (5ml) 2-3 times a day. It's important not to exceed 30ml of Metatone within a 24-hour period.

Important Information About the Ingredients in Metatone Tonic

The alcohol content is 11%, which is equal to 11ml beer or 5ml wine. Metatone should be avoided if you’re suffering from alcoholism, liver disease or epilepsy. It should also not be given to children under 6 years old.
