If you haven’t received your parcel in the time frame given by our couriers, contact your local depot to find out where it is. You can also contact our support team who will do this for you.
Can I Be Notified by Text?
On checkout you will be asked to leave your mobile number so our courier can text you about the delivery. This is also useful if the courier has problems finding your address. We will not use your mobile number for anything else.

The GlucoRX CarePoint needles are a universal fit and can be used on a number of different injectors from a range of manufacturers, including Novo Nordisk, Owen Mumford Ltd, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and Eli Lilly & Company Ltd.
The manufacturers have provided a chart, so you can check which pens are supported.
If you are unsure whether you can use these needles with your pen, speak to your doctor or a pharmacist.
We currently only stock 1 size - 6mm 31g needles. These are short and thin needles which are designed to be as comfortable as possible.
What's the difference between CarePoint and FinePoint needles?
GlucoRX CarePoint has 3 bevels at the tip. This means that the end has 3 angled edges to make them more comfortable when penetrating the skin.
GlucoRX FinePoint are manufactured with 5 bevels at the tip of the needle, making them more comfortable during use.
How to use needles
You should use a new needle every time you administer a dose of Saxenda, Wegovy and Mounjaro.
Peel away the paper tab from the base of the needle packaging.
Push the needle onto the pen and twist it clockwise (to the right) until it is tight.
Carefully remove the outer needle protector and inner needle protector, being careful not to prick yourself with the needle.
Once you have used the needle, remove it from the injector pen and discard it in a sharps bin.
Do not keep using the same needle. Repeated use of needles can cause blockages and damage to the needle, affecting the flow of the medicine and can impact the dosage you receive.
Understanding needle dimensions
The needles PrescriptionDoctor supplies are 6mm, 31g, and 0.25mm needles commonly used for injecting medication or fluid into the body.
The 6mm indicates the length of the needle; the longer the needle, the more easily it can reach deeper tissue layers.
The 31g indicates the gauge for the needle, meaning it is a 31 gauge needle – a higher gauge is thinner and has a smaller diameter than a lower gauge needle.
The 0.25mm refers to the diameter of the needle, which is also known as the outer diameter (OD) of the needle.
