Scholl Verruca Removal System are a straightforward verruca treatment available over the counter. Each pack of Scholl Verruca Removal System contains medicated discs and plasters which protect the warts.
Each pack of Scholl Verruca Removal System contains 15 medicated discs and 15 flexible plasters, which are enough to cover 1 month of treatment.

The medicated disks contain salicylic acid, which helps to soften the hard skin of plantar warts.

Wash your hands after applying a medicated disc and plaster.
Depending on the size of the wart or verruca, it can take a few weeks for the Scholl Verruca Removal System to work.
You can use Scholl for up to 12 weeks until the wart can be easily removed.
Do not use the Scholl Verruca Removal System for longer than 12 weeks unless your doctor has told you to.

All medicines, including those available over the counter, have the potential to cause side effects. However, just because a side effect is listed, it doesn't mean that you will experience it.
Nonetheless, it's important to familiarise yourself with the side effects listed in the patient information leaflet provided with your medicine.
If you experience any side effects to the Scholl Verruca Removal System, regardless of whether they are listed in the patient information leaflet, inform your doctor or speak to a pharmacist.
Irritation of the skin may occur if the medicated discs are applied to healthy skin. Should this occur, temporarily stop using the Scholl Verruca Removal System until the irritation subsides.
Once the irritation has subsided, reapply the medicated disc, ensuring it is not applied to the healthy skin surrounding the wart.
Do not use the Scholl Verruca Removal System if you are allergic to salicylic acid or any of the other ingredients listed in the patient information leaflet.
If you experience an allergic reaction after applying the product:

Do not use the Scholl Verruca Removal System past the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Always store the Scholl Verruca Removal System out of sight and out of reach of children and pets.

Once you have opened the sachet of medicated discs, use them within 6 weeks.
Do not throw away medicines via household or water waste, as this can harm the environment. Ask your local pharmacy to dispose of any unwanted or expired medicines on your behalf.
Never share your medicines with anybody else, even if they are experiencing the same symptoms or have been diagnosed with the same condition.
Scholl Verruca Removal System should not affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
You can drink alcohol while using the Scholl Verruca Removal System. Always keep within the government's recommended limit of 14 units of alcohol per week.
You should avoid using Scholl Verruca Removal plasters with other verruca treatments unless your doctor has told you otherwise. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
If you forget to apply the Scholl Verruca Removal System when you should, apply a new one as soon as you remember and continue to use the plasters as normal.
Scholl Verruca Plasters are intended for use on warts on the foot. Consult your doctor or pharmacist about suitable treatments for warts on your hands. They may be able to provide further advice on treating warts on the hands or fingers.
While Scholl Verruca Removal plasters can treat an existing verruca, they cannot prevent you from getting a verruca again. As soon as you notice a wart or verruca, consult your doctor or a pharmacist for advice.
