You should receive a tracking number with your order which you can use this number to track your parcel online. This should give you a clear indication of where your parcel is. If you haven’t received your parcel in the time frame given by our couriers, contact your local depot to find out where it is. You can also contact our support team who will do this for you.
On checkout you will be asked to leave your mobile number so our courier can text you about the delivery. This is also useful if the courier has problems finding your address. We will not use your mobile number for anything else.
You can pay for your order using credit, debit card or via bank transfer.
If you don’t have a credit or debit card you can pay via bank transfer. We will give you a unique reference number at checkout along with details of how to make the transfer. Once the money has cleared in our account, we will process your order.

Otex Express Ear Drops are used to help soften and remove hardened wax from the ear canal. The active ingredient, urea hydrogen peroxide, works by dissolving ear wax. It comes in a liquid form that is applied using a dropper.
Otex Express Ear Drops are available on their own or with a bulb syringe, which is included in the combi pack. The bulb syringe is used to easily and gently clean your ears after using the ear drops.
Some people get more ear wax build-up because they naturally produce more of it. Those who wear earplugs or earphones on a regular basis or insert cotton buds into the ears can also develop excessive ear wax.
Ear wax usually falls out by itself, most commonly during sleep. But anything that is put into the ear can potentially block the substance from leaving, and may even push it further into the ear canal.
Excessive ear wax may lead to a temporary loss of hearing. It can also result in earache, itchiness, dizziness, ringing in the ears (Tinnitus) and even an ear infection.
Otex Express Ear Drops uses urea hydrogen peroxide to soften ear wax and make it easier to fall out naturally, helping to relieve blockages of ear wax in the ear.
Repeat the following steps once or twice a day, for 3 to 4 days, until an improvement is noticed in your symptoms.
Remove the cap to uncover the applicator.
Lie down or tilt your head on one side and apply up to 5 drops to the affected ear.
Maintain this position for a few minutes so that the drops remain in the ear.
Then return upright and wipe the excess fluid from the outside of your ear.
If needed, repeat these steps for your other ear.
When finished, wash your hands thoroughly.
After 3 to 4 days of treating your ears with Otex Ear Drops, you can use the included bulb syringe (only available in the combi pack) to gently clean your ears. Simply fill the bulb syringe with clean warm water, tilt your head so your ear is pointing slightly downwards, and flush your ears out with the water. Do not push the bulb syringe into your ear canal and do not try to syringe the ear-wax out of your ear using the bulb syringe as this can damage your ear.
You should notice a difference after 3 to 4 days of using Otex. If your symptoms persist after 4 days, speak to your doctor.
If you have missed an application, Otex Express Ear Drops should be used as soon as you remember. Do not use more of it to make up for the missed application.
If you apply too much of the Otex Express Ear Drop solution, simply wipe away any excess liquid from the outside of your ear.
The efficacy of Otex Express Ear Drops is not affected by alcohol. But remember that drinking alcohol can exacerbate symptoms of excessive ear wax, such as dizziness.
Otex Express Ear Drops should not affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
Otex Express Combi Pack includes an ear bulb syringe, which can be used to flush the ear out with warm, clean water, as well as the Otex Ear Drops themselves.
