What is Hezkue Spray?

Hezkue is a prescription-only medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction, which is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity. It contains sildenafil, the same active ingredient as Viagra and Viagra Connect, but in a liquid suspension oral spray form rather than a tablet. Each spray contains 12.5 mg of sildenafil, and the number of sprays can be adjusted according to the prescribed dose, typically equivalent to 50 mg or 100 mg of a tablet.

The medication delivers a controlled dose of sildenafil directly into the mouth, where some of the medication is absorbed through the lining of the mouth (mucosa). This allows the medicine to enter the bloodstream more rapidly, often producing effects faster than tablets. Hezkue offers men a modern, discreet alternative to the traditional ED pill to combine fast absorption with convenient use.

Hezkue is particularly useful for men who:

• Prefer a faster-acting alternative to tablets.
• Find it difficult to swallow pills.
• Want a discreet, portable treatment option.

How Does Hezkue Sildenafil Spray Work?

During sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide, which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis. This allows more blood to flow into the erectile tissue, producing an erection. In cases of erectile dysfunction, the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) found in blood vessels in the penis, lungs, and other tissues naturally breaks down this process too quickly, thereby making it difficult to sustain an erection.

Hezkue contains sildenafil citrate, a type of medicine known as a PDE5 inhibitor (phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor). Sildenafil blocks PDE5, allowing blood vessels to remain dilated longer and leading to stronger, longer-lasting erections. Unlike hormonal treatments, sildenafil only works in response to sexual arousal. Sildenafil doesn’t trigger an erection on its own.

How Long Does Hezkue Take to Work?

Hezkue can begin working in as little as 5 minutes. Because Hezkue is a spray formulation, some of the medication is absorbed quickly through the lining of the mouth. This means it doesn’t need to go through the stomach, so the medicine works faster than a tablet.

The manufacturer recommends taking Hezkue one hour before you plan to have sex. This is to ensure that the swallowed medication has time to reach its site of action.

The timing may vary slightly depending on your individual metabolism, recent food intake and sexual arousal. Effects typically last between 4 and 6 hours, giving a flexible window for intimacy.

How Effective is Hezkue Suspension Spray?

Sildenafil, the same active ingredient in Hezkue, is a well-established and highly effective treatment for erectile dysfunction.

While no large-scale Phase 2 or 3 trials have yet been published specifically for Hezkue, research on its liquid form has shown some clear advantages over traditional tablets. In one study, 56 healthy men received a 100 mg dose of liquid sildenafil (ASP-001) or standard Viagra in a randomised crossover trial. The aim was to compare how quickly and effectively each form was absorbed.

Key findings:

• Faster absorption: The liquid form reached higher blood levels within 5-20 minutes, compared with tablets. 
• Similar overall absorption: Both versions provided the same total amount of sildenafil in the body. 
• Quicker effect: Faster absorption suggests the spray may start working sooner, which could benefit many users. 
• More convenient: The oral spray can be taken discreetly, without the need for water

Although Hezkue is a newer delivery method, its effectiveness is backed by the well-proven benefits of sildenafil itself. Many men find that the spray feels faster-acting and more predictable than tablets.

How to Use Hezkue Spray

Use Hezkue as prescribed by your clinician. Take the spray orally (inside the mouth); do not inhale it. Do not spray this medicine into your nose or apply it to your skin.

Hezkue spray should be used about an hour before you plan to have sex. Clinical studies have demonstrated that it may begin working sooner. However, the manufacturer still recommends waiting at least an hour to receive the optimal benefit. Do not use Hezkue more than once a day.

Sildenafil, the active medication in Hezkue, requires you to be sexually aroused for it to work. You should engage in foreplay or masturbation as you normally would.

For best results, use Hezkue on an empty stomach or avoid heavy, high-fat meals beforehand, as these can delay its action. Drinking excessive alcohol before using the spray can also delay or weaken the effects.

Instructions For Using Hezkue Spray

The Patient Information Leaflet provided with the medication contains detailed instructions for using Hezkue spray. When you are ready to take a dose, follow these instructions:

1. Remove the child-resistant cap by pushing it down firmly and turning anticlockwise. Place the dosage pump on top of the bottle, sliding the plastic tube into the liquid. Screw clockwise until it is firmly attached to the bottle
2. Shake the bottle well for about 20 seconds before each use so the medicine is properly mixed
3. Turn the nozzle on the dosing pump to the open position 
4. Before each use, activate the pump three times to prime it. Discard any product released into an absorbent material
5. Tilt your head back a little. Open your mouth and put the bottle next to your chin. Press the dosing pump as many times as required by your prescription. Apply to your tongue and swallow the suspension immediately with saliva
6. Turn the nozzle of the pump to the closed position 
7. Remove the pump from the bottle by unscrewing anticlockwise. Tap the plastic tube against the internal wall of the bottle to remove any excess liquid 
8. Put the child-resistant screw cap back on the bottle and turn clockwise to close
9. Wash the dosage pump thoroughly with water after each use. Activate the pump to remove excess water. Allow to air dry fully.

Once the liquid level in the bottle falls below the red line, stop using Hezkue and dispose of it responsibly.

Hezkue Spray Dosage Information

Each Hezkue spray delivers roughly 12.5 mg of sildenafil. Do not take Hezkue together with other medications containing sildenafil. The typical dosing schedule is as follows:

• 4 sprays (50 mg) or 8 sprays (100 mg), depending on individual response. 
• Do not exceed the maximum dose of 100 mg in 24 hours.

Your clinician may start you on a lower dose to assess tolerance, especially if you have never used sildenafil before. If your current dose does not help you to get an erection that lasts long enough to have sex, your prescriber may recommend an increase in the dose you take. 

If You Use Too Much Hezkue Suspension Spray

Never take more doses of Hezkue sildenafil spray than your clinician or doctor prescribed. If you use more than you should, you may experience more side effects and more severe ones. Seek medical advice if this happens. 

Hezkue Spray Side Effects and Cautions

Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Hezkue spray, is usually well-tolerated. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. Before using this medication for the first time, read the following safety information. 

Potential Side Effects of Hezkue 12.5 mg

Like all medicines, Hezkue oral spray can cause side effects, though not everyone will experience them. The following side effects may occur:

Serious Side Effects of Hezkue Spray

Serious side effects occur infrequently, but they do occur. If you experience any of the following, stop taking Hezkue and seek immediate medical attention:

• Allergic reactions. Symptoms include sudden wheezing, shortness of breath, dizziness, and swelling of the eyelids, face, lips or throat
• Chest pains. If they appear during or after sexual intercourse, get into a semi-sitting position, do not use nitrate medication, and seek help
• An erection lasting longer than 4 hours which may be painful (priapism) 
• A sudden decrease or loss of vision 
• Serious skin reactions. Symptoms include severe peeling and swelling of the skin, mouth blisters, bumps on the genitals and around the eyes, and fever
• Seizures or fits 

Hezkue Spray Warnings and Interactions

Hezkue is suitable for adult men over 18 years old who have been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction.

It shouldn’t be taken by men who:

• Are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient listed in the medication 
• Have severe heart or liver problems 
• Have recently experienced a heart attack or stroke 
• Have low blood pressure 
• Have certain rare eye conditions (such as retinitis pigmentosa) 
• Have ever had loss of vision due to non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION)

You should speak to a doctor before using Hezkue if you have any ongoing health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney disease. Hezkue is intended for men only, so it’s not suitable for women.

Precautions Before Using Hezkue

Before prescribing Hezkue, our clinicians will review your medical history to ensure it is appropriate for you to take. Check with your doctor before taking Hezkue if you:

• Have sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia, or multiple myeloma 
• Have a deformity of your penis or Peyronie’s disease
• Have problems with your heart. Your doctor should check whether your heart can manage the additional strain of having sex
• Currently have a stomach ulcer or bleeding problem

You should not take Hezkue if you do not have erectile dysfunction or alongside any other oral or local treatments for erectile dysfunction.

You should tell your prescriber if you have any kidney or liver problems. Your clinician may recommend a lower dose.

Hezkue and Other Medicines

Tell your prescriber if you are taking or have recently taken any prescribed medication, over-the-counter products, herbal remedies, or supplements. Do not use Hezkue if you take any of the following medications:

• Nitrate medications (e.g., for angina or chest pain) 
• Medicines known as nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrate (“poppers”)
• Riociguat

In the event of a medical emergency in which you experience chest pain, tell your clinician that you have taken Hezkue and when you did.

Some medications may not be suitable to use alongside Hezkue. Other medications may affect how well Hezkue works, or be affected by Hezkue. Tell your prescriber if you take:

• Medicines known as protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV
• Alpha-blockers, for prostate enlargement or high blood pressure
• Sacubitril/valsartan, for heart failure
